Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Niagara Falls State Park in Niagara Falls, New York. As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for directing the BirchStreet system, serving as the single point of contact for system setup, data entry, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Birchstreet & Netsuite systems invoice processing for all Niagara Falls Operating Departments.

• Support managers with weekly schedule input data into Shift for the hourly employees.

• Own daily and weekly receiving for monthly inventory accuracy.

• Train team members on proper use of Birchstreet to ensure inventory and AP accuracy.

• Coordinate with the property accounting team on invoices and receive tracking as needed to ensure the timely receipt and payment of vendor invoices.

• Assist with cyclic inventories in Food and Beverage & Retail departments, and manage the virtual storeroom locations in Birchstreet, including properly linking items.

• Assist in projects assigned by managers throughout the season.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required; equivalent experience may substitute

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry or 2 years working as an administrator of procurement systems within the hospitality industry

• Experience training others in a team setting

• Strong leadership skills experience working across multiple departments and understanding the organizational structure and future vision to affect change

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn on the fly

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed stationary, seated at a desk, with some bending, reaching, standing, and walking as required.

• Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to use computer, grasp items and complete paperwork
