NYS Department of Taxation & Finance Tax Informational Aide-Seasonal in Albany and Latham, New York
The NYS Department of Tax and Finance is actively recruiting temporary employees for January through May 2020. 60 credit hours of college level coursework or 1 year of customer service environment preferred.
Albany and Latham locations duties may include: using a computer and keyboard to enter information into the department's computer system; open mail and prepare tax returns for processing; receive, screen, review and verify documents; supporting and assisting department programs and initiatives; preparing replies to written questions from taxpayers.
