CDPHP Analyst I - EDI Services and Support in Albany, New York

The M&B Analyst I of EDI Services & Support is responsible for successfully tracking Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) enrollment streams and delivery requirements. To accomplish this, the Analyst will track, strategize, plan, prioritize, troubleshoot, and calibrate all assigned work independently and in conjunction with the M&B Management Team and vendor partners to ensure that enrollment is received without negative internal or external customer impacts. The Analyst will be successful when they can adjust for the seasonality of the work – ensuring that spikes during Open Enrollment are proactively planned for and executed upon to deliver enrollment excellence. The Analyst will track daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly deliverables proactively in order to highlight and anticipate any risks to enrollment being received and processed timely. The Analyst will maintain a list of tasks, milestones, and initiatives and partner with the M&B team to deliver upon those expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates degree required. 2 years relevant experience may be substituted for degree.

  • A minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare enrollment, benefit administration division is required; Facets and Macess experience highly desired.

  • Experience working on high-performing teams

  • Experience with planning, tracking and documentation is highly desired

  • Experience in a customer facing role is highly desired

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products including Access, Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Strong verbal and written skills

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and shift priorities to meet department objectives

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with external and internal contacts both verbally and via written correspondence is required

  • Ability to effectively manage time with multiple task assignments is required
