Guidehouse is seeking an eager and enthusiastic Associate to join our Corporate Internal Communications team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior communications professional to join a growing communications team that is scaling with a fast-paced global organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day delivery and execution of our internal communications programs and initiatives. Working closely with members of the internal communications team and our internal clients, you will leverage current communication tools to connect employees, build brand awareness, and deliver strong communications activities that are globally minded and relevant.
Develop and execute creative and engaging internal communications, including managing day-to-day content and event posting for company intranet, internal newsletters, digital signage, and other internal channels.
Produce Guidehouse’s weekly, global e-newsletter leveraging Staffbase Email (formerly Bananatag), including developing content, sourcing images, testing experience, and managing versions for different audiences.
Manage the monthly Milestones recognition campaign and coordinate with Human Capital on employee reporting and posting those celebrating a milestone on the intranet.
Leverage Staffbase Email to build, QA, and execute internal emails, paying careful attention to intended audience.
Oversee Guidehouse’s digital signage execution by providing all global content. In partnership with the Internal Communications Manager, maintain global digital signage content calendar.
Actively participate in monthly Internal Communications editorial meetings, including providing suggestions/ideas for internal campaigns and recommendations based on best practice. Contribute to the internal communications content calendar.
Support Guidehouse’s Global All Hands call, developing communications and post-event intranet coverage.
Complete department reporting dashboards, including quarterly reports and campaign dashboards to inform communications results and opportunities to improve.
Develop and/or maintain department process and procedure documentation and service level agreements. Provide suggestions for process improvement/efficiencies.
Ability to be creative and engaging in written communication, while adhering to brand voice and tone guidelines.
Strong communicator, both written and spoken, with an eagerness to learn new channels and communication methods.
Solid time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic HTML/widget-based web management; adept at learning new tools/technology.
Comfort with contemporary web-based technology and/or familiarity with cloud-based SaaS communication tools (intranet, e-marketing, digital signage).
Adaptable and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment and with a dynamic communications team.
0-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably within corporate communications, public relations, or related field.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
This position requires successful completion of a background check and employment verification.
