Brand and Marketing, Supervising Associate (Americas Tax)
Are you an experienced corporate marketer with demonstrated capabilities in planning, producing and executing client-focused campaigns and programs? Are you looking for an exciting, multifaceted role that will allow you to work with senior leaders to execute on marketing priorities? Join our Americas Tax Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team as a Supervising Associate and you will collaborate across the BMC team to help deliver strategic cross-channel marketing initiatives, ultimately elevating the EY Tax brand and market position, both internally and externally.
Employing a digital-first mindset, you will be responsible for crafting timely content, multimedia and communications, appropriately managing project timelines and resources, and regularly liaising with senior leaders. You will also support the development, execution and reporting of key strategic marketing programs, helping guide baseline statistics to empower analytic-based decision making.
The Supervising Associate will help US Tax Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) program leaders/program managers bring external and/or internal marketing programs to life by understanding the EY business & marketing strategies and transforming business priorities into world-class execution and delivery.
This role requires an experienced, energetic and resilient team player with a good understanding of what it takes to deliver multi-channel marketing programs in a complex environment. Working closely in an agile team, the successful candidate will be required to manage BMC expectations by building relationships and collaborating closely within the BMC team as well as internal stakeholders/client-serving subject matter experts.
As a BMC Supervising Associate, you’ll operate under limited supervision, working independently to support your team on a variety of marketing and communications activities.
In this role, you will:
Support the development, execution and measurement of cross-channel marketing campaigns to promote select tax solutions. Tactics may include webcasts, videos, speeches, thought leadership, meetings, events, presentations, email campaigns, and internal newsletters, among others.
Set up and manage campaign activation and governance structure: Determine deadlines, activation channels and resources for each program, and track its status, to help your team meet deadlines and achieve their set goals.
Manage resources involved in campaign delivery (Global Delivery Services, third-party vendors, etc.) to achieve desired results.
Hold stakeholders accountable to tasks and approval deadlines when necessary.
Team with Comms and Engagement team to ensure content and campaigns are visible and leverages across all available and relevant internal channels
External email newsletter: Team with the Digital/Marketo team to ensure all relevant tax content is activated in a timely manner in the biweekly EY Tax client newsletter. Serve as a project manager for the Tax Client Newsletter Marketo content submission process.
Social media: Collaborate with the design team on social media to ensure that it is compelling and meets brand standards, communicate with stakeholders on timelines and status, post on social media through a unified platform and report on campaign performance.
Oversee marketing campaign measurement and reporting to ensure effective return-on-investment.
To qualify, you must have:
Demonstrated cross-channel marketing experience
Comfort when working across service lines, sectors and/or your respective functional practice/internal client group
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships and work collaboratively across the entire Americas Tax BMC team
Confidence in discussing key business issues with BMC leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Executive presence and presentation skills
Excellent listening and interpretation skills
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills
Demonstrated project management, measurement and reporting skills
A minimum of 5 years marketing experience
Bachelor's degree, with a Marketing or Business major or equivalent area of experience

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $61,100 to $111,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $73,400 to $126,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
