The Employee Engagement Senior (Sr.) Associate will be responsible for the execution and day-to-day management of Guidehouse employee engagement programming including diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) networks and other employee engagement and experience platforms. The selected candidate will partner cross-functionally with leaders across all areas of company culture (Corporate Social Responsibility, DEI, and employee experience) to provide strategic and creative input, as well as program management support. The successful candidate will have a passion for the importance of inclusion and engagement to the business success of our firm; will have demonstrated success in working independently on multiple, overlapping projects; and, be able to effectively balance a requirement to contribute at a strategic (i.e., planning and development) and detailed level (i.e., execution and implementation).

Essential Functions, Roles, And Responsibilities

The Employee Engagement Sr. Associate will report to the Employee Engagement (Culture) Associate Director. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide day-to-day program management and support of various company-wide employee engagement programs and initiatives

  • Support and execute against the culture communications strategy, including newsletters, social apps, emails, intranet pages, collateral, calendar invites and other means of communication

  • Oversee and drive applicable employee engagement metrics to measure platform impact and success

  • Partner with key stakeholders across the firm to align on and support programmatic needs and execution

  • Support basic data collection, review and analysis, as well as applicable reporting requests

  • Manage and track applicable employee engagement budget and budget requests

  • Support key stakeholder engagement

  • Partner across the Culture Team to support applicable project management and execution, as warranted

  • Additional special project work and responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Human Resources or related field preferred

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience desired, preferably within a professional services firm, with program management and company culture (DEI, CSR & EX)

  • Strong project management skills required with impeccable attention to detail

  • Ability to report and analyze information

  • Advanced organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the firm.

  • Advanced skill level with MS Office Suite, including word, excel, power point, MSTeams and SharePoint and survey platforms

  • Ability to coordinate, prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously under minimal supervision

  • Must be able to work effectively independently as well as with groups

  • Highly motivated with a strong work ethic

Additional Requirements

The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.

Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.

Salary Ranges: $85,000-$95,000 depending upon experience/hiring location.
