The opportunity

As EY continues to grow our Ecosystem Relationship, we are focused on establishing key alliance relationships that will create unique value for our clients. The EY-P&G alliance was established in 2015, and is focused on deploying P&G’s Integrated Work System, a proprietary way of improving manufacturing reliability and reducing costs. Through access to exclusive IP, tools, and methods, EY is able to help our clients improve their supply chain performance. The P&G/Supply Chain Go-to-Market (GTM) Leader will be responsible for overseeing the go to market strategies and activities for our alliance with P&G in addition to working with Supply Chain Leadership to establish, manage and execute an alliance strategy across the functional area.

Your key responsibilities

  • Ownership of the overall go to market relationship with P&G, including all relationship management, executive communication and execution of governance as agreed with P&G.

  • Defines and executes the Global relationship strategy, GTM priorities, and plans

  • Responsible for achieving Global sales and revenue alliance targets through close collaboration with Consulting Service Line practice executives and account leaders to achieve the GTM objectives

  • Responsible and accountable for managing relationship risk and meeting compliance requirements

  • Coordinate with Supply Chain leadership to define alliance strategy to identify and prioritize companies that enable Supply Chain Go to market and solution priorities

  • Establish and manage relationships with additional set of alliances to further enable the Supply Chain alliance strategy

Skills and attributes for success

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Experience in professional services, alliance management or business development

  • Experience within Supply Chain industry and familiar with available Supply Chain technologies

  • Strong networking and influence management skills resulting in driving actions to outcomes and delivering results actions across organizational boundaries

  • Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills and proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience and evidence of success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships
