Responsibilities

Guidehouse is seeking a contingent worker program Associate. This position is located on Guidehouse Human Capital (HC) Shared Services Team and assist administering the contingent worker program. This includes onboarding setup, ongoing maintenance and off-boarding of Guidehouse contingent workers. The ideal candidate has a variety of experience in HC Operations, process and program management with knowledge in vendor management including time management and vendor invoicing. A successful team member exercises extreme attention to detail, is thorough, accurate and organized while being flexible and productive in a growing fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Administers the contingent worker on/off-boarding process including tracking onboarding requirements with various cross-functional teams and project managers.

  • Identify process efficiencies and workflow improvements and escalate proposed solutions.

  • Daily management of contingent worker onboarding, maintenance and off-boarding resolve issues and communicate status updates to stakeholders across the company.

  • Ability to build sustained relationships with colleagues and leadership.

  • Work independently on projects and assignments, with minimal guidance

  • Provide excellent customer service, to both internal and external clients.

  • Self-directed work style with attention to detail and collaboration skills.

  • Provides guidance, coaching and training to other employees as needed.

  • Manages project work while delegating work to junior level employees or temporary workers as necessary

  • Administer reports to key stakeholders on current and historical contingent worker data.

  • Use best practices to monitor and administer contingent worker onboarding compliance, training and background check requirements.

  • Handle other responsibilities/projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Required:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of prior relevant experience

  • Strong customer service skills while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction

  • Exhibit patience, empathy, and positivity

  • Have strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required

  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook skills

    Preferred:

  • Experience with Workday (HMC) and/or case management systems (such as ServiceNow) desired

Additional Requirements

The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.

This position is open to candidates virtually from Eastern and Central time zones.
