Responsibilities

Our Innovation & Marketing Program PMO Associate will be a key member of the Guidehouse Marketing team with primary responsibilities to work with the Innovation Marketing Lead and Chief Innovation Officer to support the management and execution of all programs and communications for Guidehouse Innovation - both internally and external. They will support project planning for all core Innovation programs including but not limited to Guidehouse FLOW, Shark Tank series, Guidehouse Discover platform, and annual Solutions Expo event. They will work with Guidehouse Innovation Champions and the Innovation Marketing Leader to support all aspects of Guidehouse Innovation with our colleagues, promote and drive participation across all Innovation programs, and support regular communications to update the business on the impact and value of Guidehouse Innovation with our clients and the markets served.

They must have working knowledge of project management skills, be a collaborative planner with strong execution skills and attention to detail, and can comfortably engage with all levels of leadership to communicate effectively. They are a strong creative thinker focused on results and have the ability to perform within a fast-paced business. Preferable experience in the B2B and/or B2G markets ideal.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Work with Innovation Leadership and teams across the enterprise to support the Innovation agenda for Guidehouse and our client’s key areas of need.

  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with colleagues and leaders across the enterprise to development and execute detailed Innovation program plans which incorporate aspects of project management, program execution, stakeholder program support, and internal and external communications programs.

  • Develop and document detailed Innovation program plans and play books supporting each core Guidehouse Innovation program including but not limited to Guidehouse FLOW ideation platform and schedule, Shark Tank program and event series, Guidehouse Discover platform and supporting programs, and the annual Guidehouse Solutions Expo global events (executed both virtual and in-person).

  • Support the development needs of relevant Innovation-focused learning and development programing and courses to facilitate knowledge growth of Innovation at Guidehouse beyond programs execution.

  • Manage the content needs of the FLOW ideation platform on the intranet.

  • Plan and conduct regular SharkTank events, Innovation Champion update meetings, Innovation project meetings, and other related program communications to facilitate the successful execution of the Innovation programs.

  • Plan and co-manage the execution of the global Solutions Expo events with the Innovation Marketing lead and the Chief Innovation Officer.

  • Support the Innovation Lab office property as needed.

  • Work closely with the Innovation Marketing lead and CMO to provide necessary Innovation program updates as needed.

  • Work with the Guidehouse social media and Internal communications teams to support Innovation communications for the firm as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 0-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, program planning/project management and event execution experience or related degree.

  • Strong program management and event execution skills

  • Proven and effective communicator across all levels of leadership

  • Passion for innovation and creative thinker

  • Ability to execute impactful, integrated social media programs supporting Guidehouse Innovation programs.

  • Strong drive, engaging personality and exceptional character qualities that match Guidehouse culture, align with our core RIISE values and inspire others to be their best.

    Work Environment

  • Work primarily performed remotely with flexibility to work from home or close office location.

  • Occasional travel may be requested.

  • May be required to work outside of normal hours to accommodate a global enterprise.
