Life Science Portfolio Manager with Testing including Computer System Validation (CSV).

• Experienced testing leader with extensive exposure to Life Science domain (15 years’ experience)

• Should have held P&L responsibility and managed a portfolio of Accounts in Life Science – providing delivery oversight / governance and driving growth

• Excellent client handling capability, great communication, exposure to RFP solutioning

• Awareness of GxP Validation process

• Should have extensively worked with SI / IT consulting company

Primary skill set:

• Our team is seeking a seasoned profession in the Life Sciences domain who has managed a portfolio of Accounts, including driving growth initiatives and presales.

• Well versed in testing / testing management.

Location: Northeast US with travel to client sites as needed.

Secondary skill set:

• Seasoned Testing, Computer System Validation (CSV) and GXP Compliance professional with 15-20 years of overall experience in Life Science sector and minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

• Knack for selling and driving growth and ability to manage P&L.

• Excellent track record in forming stakeholder and customer relationship to drive positive interaction and long-term relationship. Understands the GxP (across Manufacturing, Clinical, Labs and Pharmacovigilance) environment / domain and experienced in working with the Business Owners, IT Owners, eCompliance / QA.

• Experienced in setting up and managing large and complex engagements (Delivery management, People / Client leadership) with proven track record of delivering results. Implementation of internal and industry standard solutions as per client needs, demonstrating Life Science domain capability and driving business outcome.

• Ability to navigate through change and complex environment.

• Experience in developing solutions, responding to RFP, driving strategic conversation maturity assessments, and setting up a long-term roadmap aligned to client priorities.

• Excellent communication skills thought leadership and executive presence.

• Proven track record of delivering results on competency, solution, offer development and transformation initiatives.

• Communicate and champion Testing / CSV / Compliance goals and objectives, progress and achievements, and the impact on products and services to all levels of the organization.

• Proven history of successfully coordinating and executing all aspects of testing / CSV / Compliance efforts from project inception to post launch on medium to large sized projects.

• Passion for technology / trends in Quality Engineering, CSV, and Compliance domain (Automation, Agile/DevOps, Performance, CSA, Data Integrity) and driving transformation and continuous improvement.

• Broad-based understanding / experience in leading technologies / applications in Life Sciences space like SAP, SFDC, Veeva, TrackWise, LIMS and IT Infrastructure. Good understanding / experience in emerging technologies / methodologies / trends across Life Sciences IT.

• Experienced in use and management of tools used in Life Sciences IT including those used in Document Management, QMS, Test and Validation Management, Learning Management, automation tools.

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $105,600 - $214,200.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Test Consultants are concerned with the independent verification and validation of the products produced by the development process. Testing is carried out in each phase: the requirements are tested by an acceptance test, the system design (analysis and design) by a system and integration test, and the programs by a program and module test

Required Skills and Experience:

You specialize in enterprise-wide software testing including all its processes and tooling (e.g. TMap). You act as a stream lead on complex international engagements and you are proficient in analyzing and assessing commercial benefits. You contribute to multiple winning bids and are a technical lead on a significant bid. You are successful at winning pull-through or add-on business to existing accounts and have strong knowledge of at least two service offers. You are an active coach and mentor who helps in coaching others through the certification process. You actively participate in the ongoing development of certification programs and lead briefings or training sessions.

• Qualification: Minimum 9-13 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role), Bachelor’s Degree.

• Certification: Should have SE level 2 and is seeking SE level 3.

• Must have experience in Testing Lifecycle, Testing Expertise, Testing Techniques, Testing Management, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Quality Management.

• Should be proficient in Business Analysis and Business Knowledge.
