Verint is currently seeking a fully bilingual Marketing Manager in Latin America. This is a key role on the Americas marketing team and will extend marketing efforts in Latin America with a focus on Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, and Brazil. Verint is seeking a revenue-centric marketer with seasoned skills in inbound and outbound marketing. Successful candidates will have a track record in developing, executing, and measuring the success of marketing demand generation campaigns and programs. This role works cross-functionally and coordinates with sales, product marketing, content, and operations teams. We're looking for a collaborative, data driven self-starter who has a passion for driving business results.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans, campaigns, and programs with a focus on driving brand awareness and demand for Verint solutions. Build strategies and marketing calendar that address the local context while delivering a consistent Verint brand experience.

  • Leverage multiple channels for campaigns including email, web, digital advertising, direct mail, PPC, SEO, webinars, live events, tradeshows, print advertising, intent, social and BDR outreach.

  • Work with channel partners in developing their marketing strategies and programs.

  • Partner across marketing, content, Go-to-Market, product marketing, sales, and design teams to create integrated engagement and nurture campaigns that engage accounts based on vertical, use-case and persona, etc.

  • Build campaign target lists by segmenting contacts and accounts based on market-driven trends.

  • Optimize requirements at different stages of the funnel and track growth levers (acquisition, adoption/activation, retention).

  • Communicate to sales and key stakeholders regarding programs, events, and campaign specific information.

  • Ensure timely deployment of initiatives and campaigns by managing stakeholders, budget, timelines, and processes.

  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate, and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.

  • Ability to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

    Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing or equivalent work experience,

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B marketing/demand generation.

  • Insatiable curiosity and innate competitiveness - able to quickly understand the market and competitive landscape in several Latin American markets.

  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with high level decision makers.

  • In-depth knowledge of CRM and marketing automation systems.

  • Strong project management skills. Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward.

  • Passion for demand, data driven marketing.

  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to gain and apply knowledge of various software systems/programs including marketing, survey, and social media tools for various uses.

  • Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.

  • Creative problem-solving skills.

  • Travel 10%

  • Successful completion of Verint background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, and SS verification.
