The opportunity
EY's Technology Solutions Delivery Practice assists our consulting practices in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle enterprise level IT architecture initiatives. The practice provides skilled architects with experience in leading architectural practices, methods, and resources in the enterprise applications and technology space. These resources design, architect, deliver and lead innovative initiatives which transform client legacy infrastructures into the dynamic digital environments. This group advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business in the digital age.

Your key responsibilities
This position will support consulting providing enterprise integration services to EY and client project teams through agreed upon phases of the enterprise IT project. The position will support activities of defining strategies, requirements definition, architecture design, technology risk analysis, configuration and customization strategy, testing strategy, implementation support, training and rollout of a client's project lifecycle. They will also provide business development assistance.

Manage and supervise a team of technology professionals through all phases of the technology lifecycle, including requirements definition, architecture design, conversion and testing
Interact and communicate effectively with finance and technology senior and middle management executives
To qualify for the role you must have
A bachelor's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 4 years of related work experience
5-10 years of experience working with enterprise integrations development, with specific experience in a software development life cycles, enterprise integration architecture and enterprise integration technology design and development, with at least 1 year spent in a managerial and enterprise integration strategist role
Proven track record with designing and deploying enterprise integration architectures, expertise in range of domains including: api-led approach, microservices, enterprise SOA models, and ETLs and large data movement
At least 3 years of implementation experience with leading Enterprise integration software’s such MuleSoft or BizTalk,
Experience with defining enterprise integration strategies and establishing software development life cycle and devOps to implement the defined strategies.
Experience with integration governance models, addressing security and compliance requirements.
Experience with testing approaches and methods including automated testing of regression testing, load testing and performance testing.
Experience with establishing monitoring and management frameworks
Experience with establish business activity monitoring models and techniques
Good knowledge and understanding of enterprise applications and enterprise IT areas such SAP, Oracle Applications, Master Data Management, Business Intelligence-Analytics; Digital technologies
Experience with an enterprise integration methodology framework and the ability to adapt to other industry frameworks that may be used by EY or their clients.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and providing strategic and tactical recommendations. Ability to communicate technical components with clarity
Flexibility and willingness to travel. Must have a valid driver's license
Ideally, you’ll also have
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics, or related field (MBA or MS degree preferred)
Experience in Oracle Technologies is a plus
