Job Overview:

As the ROI SOP Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational efficiency by spearheading the creation of a standardized ROI (Release of Information) SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) document/tool. This tool will be instrumental in onboarding new clients and streamlining processes for existing ones, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience. Your responsibilities will encompass synthesizing and updating existing reference materials, incorporating leading practices for utilizing our Request Hub, and developing a user-friendly tool that includes space for client-specific standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Research and Synthesis:

  • Review existing reference materials related to ROI and Request Hub processes.

  • Synthesize information to create a comprehensive and standardized SOP document/tool.

Request Hub Demos:

  • Attend and analyze demos of the Request Hub to gain a deep understanding of its functionalities.

  • Identify opportunities for integration within the SOP tool.

Internal Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on the SOP tool format.

  • Conduct testing sessions to ensure the tool meets the needs of various teams.

Client-Specific SOP Integration:

  • Develop a space within the tool for client-specific standard operating procedures.

  • Customize the tool to accommodate unique client requirements while maintaining overall consistency.

User-Friendly Design:

  • Ensure the SOP tool is easily searchable and user-friendly for all stakeholders.

  • Explore the incorporation of AI to enhance the tool's capabilities, particularly in importing new client information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, Operations).

  • Proven experience in developing standardized SOP documents/tools.

  • Strong analytical and research skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience with AI integration in operational tools is a plus.

Pay Rate:

  • Interns who have not yet completed a Bachelor’s Degree earn $14/hour or the local minimum wage, whichever is greater. Interns who have completed a Bachelor’s Degree earn $17/hour.

Summer Intern Program Dates:

  • The Summer Intern Program is expected to start May 20 th , 2024 and end August 9 th , 2024. These dates are flexible based on team and intern preferences.
