The Recruiting Product Marketing Team's mission is to develop products, technologies, and processes to identify and hire talented people from all over the world to join us at Meta. Operating at our scale requires re-thinking the traditional recruiting paradigm, and shipping unique products, internally and externally. We are looking for a passionate & seasoned Product Marketing Manager to help drive our investments in Recruiting Products. You'll be responsible for identifying critical business opportunities, developing product strategies, and working at the intersection of stakeholder needs and product development. As a critical part of the team, this role gives you the opportunity to collaborate, drive core initiatives, shape user experiences across the recruiting organization. The ideal candidate will have a multi-disciplinary background including business strategy, marketing, and analytical skills, and a passion for re-thinking the traditional recruiting paradigm. The Product Marketing Manager will partner closely with Global Recruiting Leaders and cross-functional partners such as, Enterprise Engineering (Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, UX Researchers, and Data Engineering teams) along with Legal and Compliance teams, to develop solutions from idea/conception to launch.

Required Skills:

  1. Drive cross-functional teams to build products to streamline process and drive efficiencies at scale

  2. Interface with Recruiting stakeholders to understand business problems and requirements, and work with Engineering to translate these into scope and product needs

  3. Partner with Decision Science to develop hypotheses and comprehensive test and measurement plans. Design and execute experiments to achieve business objectives and drive tool effectiveness

  4. Develop product positioning and messaging for Recruiting Products, considering value proposition, target audience, and recruiting organization implications

  5. Lead insights-driven product launches from foundational exploration to GTM execution, driving impact and influencing product and marketing decision-making

  6. Tackle complex challenges with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving them with product and cross-functional leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years relevant experience in product marketing, product management, or business strategy development

  2. Demonstrated experience working with engineering, product management, design, data science and research functions. Experience influencing product development and product strategy

  3. Experience managing projects across large, global, and highly matrixed organizations towards common goals with operational rigor and enthusiasm

  4. Demonstrated experience in translating user needs into product focus areas and requirements. Experience building, launching, and scaling products

  5. Proven experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative research and insights

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or people operations
