Position Summary:

The Senior Project Manager Real Estate is responsible for overseeing real estate construction growth projects and management of existing locations. This position is a remote position that requires travel up to 50%.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization’s facilities

Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs

Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance

Active management of growth construction projects serving as coordination point for all parties involved

Build business plans for growth construction projects and manage construction budgets to ensure alignment with project cost expectations

Support all RFPs for new and existing locations with construction cost estimates and site planning

Ad hoc duties, as required, to support the companies Real Estate portfolio

Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies, and the General Dynamics network

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

5+ years of work experience in real estate project management

Knowledge of principles, concepts, and internal business objectives

Possess industry knowledge of real estate/facilities management and project management

Possess communication skills and ability to lead and work with others to achieve desired outcomes

Ability to analyze data and provide reasoned conclusions based on that data

At least 5 years of project management experience

At least 5 years of experience in leading functional/cross functional initiatives

At least 5 years of experience in building and managing project budgets

The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
