Responsibilities

T he Full Stack Developer will apply application design and development solutions for a modern web-based application. The developer is responsible for designing and implementing frontend and backend services and should work closely with the UX team as well as the platform team to identify ways to effectively implement and develop within the platforms’ requirements.

  • Design and implement frontend and backend services in modern programming language for the frontend UI components and integrated functionality to a backend structure

  • Configure software products and systems to deploy code into the cloud environment

  • Develop product and platform prototypes

  • Keep track of software application performance

  • Collaborate with project team members to solve complex problems

  • Self-motivated individual to work independently if required

  • Actively participate in the overall application lifecycle

  • Focus on coding and debugging

  • Collaborate with designers and UI developers

  • Define and communicate technical and design requirements and walk through with the architecture teams

  • Build high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future

  • Create sustainable and functional web applications with clean code

  • Learn about new technologies and stay up to date with current best practices

  • Mentor, help, and support to other team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 5 years of experience with frontend and backend development.

  • Vue JS, React JS, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Node, Python, Django, JSON, XML, REST API Integration, PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL

  • Code coverage and Testing frameworks

  • Agile methodologies

  • Familiar with the human centered design approach and process

    Preferred:

  • AWS Enviorment

Additional Requirements

  • The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.

  • Due to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.

  • This role is available virtually from PST, CST or EST time zones.
