Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Asset Management Senior Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day to day administration and data accuracy of the ServiceNow ITSM Toolset, specifically the Asset Management Database. This position requires someone with an aptitude for understanding the operational concepts/procedures of IT Asset Lifecycle Management, including operational knowledge of IT Infrastructure End User Devices, Network, Cloud, and Software.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Leading the development and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures for data quality, integrity, and interoperability within our ServiceNow system of record
Establish and maintain data quality expectations, SLAs, and monitoring requirements
Partner with IT Asset Manager to correctly reflect the complete lifecycle of all IT assets and software licenses/subscriptions
Uphold and promote the value of Asset & Configuration management policies, processes and procedures within the organization to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
Lead regular audits of the asset management system and implement processes to remediate non-compliance and ensure the database reflects the production environment.
Assist with Software Compliance Reporting, assist with License Management
Qualifications
Re quired:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or IT related field
3+ years Experience with ServiceNow Asset Module
2+ years of specialized experience with performing data governance or data stewardship activities
Basic Understanding of End User IT infrastructure Desktops, Laptops, Printers and Smartphones
Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure in a Corporate Environment server/Network
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
PC proficiency to include Word, Advanced Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint.
Knowledge/Skills Preferred:
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while remote
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels
Desire to learn, grow, and seek increased responsibility
Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands
Additional Requirements
