Greater Giving, a business unit of Global Payments, is seeking a full-time senior software developer to work with one of our existing remote development teams. We are primarily looking for a developer with seasoned experience writing C#, T-SQL and asp.net web forms. If you have experience working in a team setting, you're fast-learning and self motivated, this role could be for you!*Responsibilities- Implement new features and fix defects in our team's products- Write secure, maintainable, self-documenting code within business-driven timelines- Maintain the discipline and focus required to work in a remote environment- Communicate and collaborate in a team environment via email, Google Meet, Slack, and screen-sharing- Use log data and error messages to troubleshoot issues- Contribute to an environment that embraces best practices, continuous improvement, and professionalism- Write high quality code- Evaluate code quality of your peers- Continue growing as a software developerEducation/Certification- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience is required Ideal Knowledge/Abilities- Expert knowledge of C#, ASP.Net/ASP.Net Core MVC Framework- Typescript, HTML/CSS, Javascript- Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL- Git source control management- Troubleshooting and debugging skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to mentor other developers- Payments processing or similar experience- Previous experience working on a Scrum/Agile team *Experience*- 5 years of .NET software development experience in a team environmentBenefits*Greater Giving provides competitive benefits including: medical, dental, vision, flex spending, company contribution to HSA, company paid life insurance, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, PTO and holidays.
