We are seeking a Managing Consultant to work on a team to implement a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) program for one of our public sector clients. Work will include, but not be limited to, establishing a three - tiered framework to manage client supply chain risks. Additional responsibilities will include:
Develop SCRM policies, procedures and implementation plans
Work to implement the processess to identify vendors and perform supplier risk assessments
Provide tools that can support automation of assessments and integration of different data sources
Continue ongoing program improvement leveraging qualitative metrics
Transition program to the agency upon conclusion of support
5+ years of supply chain risk management experience
Ability to conduct interviews with stakeholders
Experience in reviewing business processes to develop as-is supply chain environment
Track record of documenting environments and building relationships with stakeholders
Expertise in providing data anlalytics support to use data from Qlik tool to develop a supplier inventory of vendors
Understanding of policy development with support from SME's.
Experience developing governance models, charter documents and org design.
Ability to support workshops, training, development and delivery related to supply chain risk management
Expertise in defining qualitative and quantitative metrics to evaluate processes

The compensation range for this role is $110,000-$150,000, depending on experience and location
