HealthEdgeoffers a paid12-week virtualinternship programthatallows students towork on meaningful projects, learn about working in a SaaS company, and have fun along the way! While you are aligned to a specific team throughout the internship, you will get exposure to most of our departments and strategic initiatives via our HealthEdge 101 weekly series. In addition, we provide special events such as our Executive Roundtable and a Fireside Chat with our CEO. But that’s not all! You will also have the opportunity toparticipate in workshops focused on resume writing,presentations,interview preparation, and more.

We are currentlyhiring a Total Rewards Intern to joinour People(HR) team.See below to learn more about the opportunity and see if it’s a good fit for you!

As a Total Rewards Intern, you’ll have the ability to:

  • Supportthe administration of US employee benefits programs, including benefit election approvalsandmaintainingaccurateemployee benefit records.

  • Assistwith audits, includingUS Paid Time Off(PTO) andbenefit deductionaudits

  • Migratebenefit information to Helix fromHealthEdgeBenefit portal for US/India

  • Global Compensation– assist with variousdataclean-upinitiativesin UKGHRISincludingbut not limited tojob codecreation and cleanup.

  • Global Compensation -provide support for thisinitiative to build and implement a global job structure.

  • Supportad hoccompensation research and analysis projects.

  • Assist HRIS team with process documentation

We ask that you are :

  • Currently pursuing a degree inBusiness, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources Management

  • Interested in pursuing a careerwithin the Total Rewards function

  • ExperiencewithMicrosoftExcel (intermediate level)and Outlook

  • Knowledgeable about data entry

  • Obsessed with the details
