Technology Consulting – Senior RPA Developer – UiPath

*Your key responsibilities *

You will focus on the design, customization and optimization of RPA solutions. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver engagements and solutions that will bring our clients’ vision and strategy to life. 

Skills and attributes for success

As part of a team, analyze business and data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems using robotics technology. Work with clients to analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate and improve existing systems by developing application architecture, rationalization and enablement. Review computer system capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitation. Create computer solution designs at platform and architectural levels as well as information road maps and case definitions. Design, develop, and improve automated processes using new technologies.

Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services.

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a customer-facing role in a large consulting firm or in the industry.

  • Three (3) years of experience in software development through phases of the technology life cycle, including requirements definition, architecture and system design, development, testing and production release.

  • Two (2) years of experience in supervising a team of professionals.

  • At least one (1) year of sustained experience developing bots used in production utilizing UiPath.

  • At least one (1) year of sustained professional experience in programming (including scripting/coding), SQL and relational database and application development.

  • At least one (1) year of sustained experience in any of the programming languages like C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, VB Script, HTML, CSS with process analysis, design and implementation of business and technical requirements

  • One (1) year of experience in at least 2 of the following areas:

  • Implementation using Agile methodologies or robotics tool-specific methodologies

  • Liaising between client leadership and developer teams

  • Opportunity assessment

  • Process modeling

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS or Mathematics desired; master’s degree in one of these areas preferred

  • Robotics-related certifications highly preferred

  • Prior consulting experience highly preferred

Requires travel up to 80% to serve client needs.
