Job Title: Warehouse Receiver

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable individual to join our team for the swing shift during our busy summer season. This role involves a variety of tasks, ensuring no two days are the same. Responsibilities include setting up or moving racking systems, unloading trucks, palletizing orders, and consolidating or separating new products. You will handle different sized kegs and cases of beer, requiring the ability to control up to 165lbs. Additionally, you may operate a forklift for certain tasks if you possess the relevant experience.

Hard Skills

• 1 year minimum warehouse experience

• Forklift experience (6 months minimum)

• Multitasking

• Picking using pick sheets

• Loading/unloading

• Shrink wrapping

• Palletizing

Soft Skills

• Strong ability to multitask

• Maintaining a clean work area

• Dependability

• Willingness to work overtime

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 550 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in ALTAMONT, New York.

Work Environment

Join a team of approximately 5 people in a 50,000 sq ft warehouse dedicated to distributing craft beer and cider across NY and NJ. The environment may start a bit chilly, but activity typically warms it up. Expect to be on your feet throughout the shift in a dynamic atmosphere where excellence in handling world-class products is paramount. Steel-toed boots and gripped gloves are required for safety.
