Your Opportunity: Taylor Promotional Products, previously known as Amsterdam Printing, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Center Representative with a passion for building strong, trusting relationships to join our team! In this role, you will interact with and service the needs of our customers.

Your Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, chats and emails
Place outbound calls to existing customers
Assist customers with accurate placement of orders
Inform customers of special deals and promotions
Provide product information and pricing
Research and resolve customer issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Assist with refunds or exchanges when appropriate
Engage appropriate resources to assist or resolve service issues when needed
Document customer interaction according to guidelines
Navigation and promotion of our various websites
Identify and share trends in customer experience
Work independently and within a team to provide a positive customer experience

Your Shift:
1st shift Mon-Fri; some Saturday's and overtime scheduled during peak season
This position will be a hybrid role with 2-3 days onsite each month and the rest of the time spent working from home

You Must Have:
High School Diploma and 1+ years of experience in a similar role
Fluency in Spanish a plus
Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently, type 30 WPM, and use Windows-based computer programs
Positive upbeat attitude, efficient, self-starter and problem-solver
Experience supporting customer via email and chat methods
