JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Functions:

Power Recycling is seeking a seasoned, established sales professional with possible growth into Sales Manager. This role is strategic and tactical, focused on planning, creating and executing sales campaigns that builds long-term relationships with new customers that profitably drives increased sales revenue.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Identify and generate a comprehensive prospect list within an assigned territory.

  • Establish and maintain good customer relations through personal visits, phone calls, and email.

  • Understand customer business and product needs.

  • Develop a sales plan and a territory business plan that identifies and prioritizes new prospects.

  • Assist in the development of company-wide comprehensive strategic sales plan that identifies potential industries and additional services.

  • Provide reports on progress in territory and opportunities for growth

  • Cold call and close via telephone and in person appointments

  • 30-40% travel required, mostly day trips (company travel is reimbursed).

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend and overnight travel may be required as job duties demand.

Requirements

POSITION QUALIFICATION:

  • Proven experience in retaining customers and developing new business, building repeat sales and managing a territory

  • 3-5 years outside sales experience preferred.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

  • Enthusiastic personality who works well in a collaborative environment
