Your Role and Responsibilities

ONLY OPEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED A SUMMER 2019 HR INTERNSHIP

HR LDP is a program that accelerates the development of high-potential graduates interested in a career in human resources. As a part of this program, participants go through three rotational assignments designed to accelerate their advancement to human resources leadership positions.

Through this program, participants gain:

  • Broad exposure to potential career paths through targeted learning opportunities.

  • Executive mentorship and shadowing.

  • Annual learning event which includes executive roundtables, networking activities, and leadership training.

Value

  • Gain insights into leadership styles, strategic decision making, business acumen and career development.

  • Build a strong network of global participants and alumni dedicated to shaping the future of HR.

  • Enhance leadership skills by leading or contributing to a special project team.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

  • Knowledge in Human Resources

  • Basic Knowledge in Project Management

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

  • Experience in Problem solving

  • Basic knowledge in Analytics and Data Analysis

  • Completed IBM HR internship
