Baldwinsville Central School District Job Coach/Summer Peer Coach in Baldwinsville, New York
The Job Coach will work at specific job locations training students with disabilities in a work/study program. You will train student(s) in proper employee behavior and how to perform worksite tasks. Act as liaison between school district and employer. Identify weaknesses in student(s) as employees related to employment skills. Complete paperwork as assigned.
Summer Peer Coach will work with students with disabilitites assisting in all areas as defined and at work/study programs.
Job Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous experience as a job coach or working with students with disabilities preferred, but not required.
