Job Description

Opened in 1983, our Baldwinsville brewery is known for the key role it plays in developing our new innovations. In addition to brewing our core brands - such as Budweiser, Bud Light, and Michelob ULTRA - the team brews more than 75 different brands. As part of our commitment to building a better world, our Baldwinsville brewery's off-site solar installation provides an additional 3 million kilowatt-hours back to the distribution grid annually, providing enough solar electricity to brew over 3 million cases of beverages a year!

We are currently hiring for multiple positions as we prepare for our busy production season ahead which runs through the end of September.

Job Description:

  • Operate filling and packing equipment, load materials onto machinery and load cases and kegs onto pallets for shipment.

  • Drive a fork truck and load material and product onto trailers.

  • Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), safety and sanitation practices are always followed.

  • Conduct process quality control check.

  • Ensure accurate time stamping and labeling occurs for all product.

  • Clean production lines, work areas or other areas of the facility in order to maintain strict food plant sanitation standards.

  • Maintain production safety and quality requirements.

  • Must be available to work all shifts on any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, for 5-7 days per week. Shifts are as follows:

  • Midnights – 11PM to 7AM

  • Days – 7AM to 3PM (For training only)

  • Afternoons – 3PM to 11PM

  • Some shifts may be up to 12 hours per day

This position is not eligible for any benefits unless meeting the terms of the 401(K) plan. 40 hours of work per week are not guaranteed every week. However, there may be opportunity to be scheduled up to 7 days per week, depending on business needs. Our facility is a Unionized workforce.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Must be able to continuously stand, bend, twist and lift items up to 75 pounds.

  • Highly motivated, self-directed worker that is able to work by themselves in a fast pace and often loud production environment, but also can work in a team.

  • Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.

  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.

  • Must be able to work varying shifts on weekends and/or holidays (days, afternoons, and midnights)

  • Must be able and willing to work up to 12-hour days.

  • Able to be flexible with training Monday through Friday, with flexibility to be scheduled on a variable schedule that includes weekends.

  • Ability to pass all pre-employment testing including a background check, drug test, and driving history check.

  • Manufacturing experience preferred.

  • Computer proficient.
