Pro Action of Steuben and Yates, Inc. Youth Services Coordinator in Bath, New York
Youth Services Coordinator- Pro Action is accepting applications for a Youth Services Coordinator. The Coordinator is responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of Pro Action’s Youth Development (YDP), Youth Empowerment (YEP), and Summer Youth Employment (SYE) programs.Some of the job duties include:Traveling to schools, Bath youth center program, SYE worksites to deliver presentations and monitor compliance for a diverse group of youth and employees.Work in collaboration with parents, schools, partner programs to coordinate formal and informal programming.Review applications and coordinate interviews with SYE applicants.Initiate, facilitate, and participate in professional collaboration with other organizations concerned with issues facing children and youth.RequirementsA bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, psychology or equivalent with experience in a related field of work with 3-5 years’ experience is preferred. An associate’s degree with equivalent field work experience will be considered. Must have a driver’s license meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
