Now Hiring: HR Administrative Assistant – Great Pay & Opportunity!

Looking to earn extra cash for that summer getaway? Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support a leading organization in Bergen, NY . This role focuses on helping the HR department transition physical personnel files into an electronic system. If you have solid administrative experience and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $22.00/hour

Shift : A Shift, Full-Time (40+ hours per week)

Employment Type: Temporary

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Scan, organize, and upload employee personnel and medical files into the ADP Employee Documents system

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate file naming and placement

  • Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of employee records

  • Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

  • Adhere to safety guidelines and keep a clean, organized workspace

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (Associate’s degree preferred)

  • Bring 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in HR

  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems

  • Have experience with ADP (a plus)

  • Possess strong organizational skills and can work independently

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

  • Manual dexterity for handling files and scanning documents

  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally
