Our Intellectual Property Litigation practice seeks judicial clerk candidates who are concluding their clerkships in 2023. We are looking for candidates with exceptional writing, analytical and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs.

Approximately one-third of our recent incoming classes have come to the firm after serving one or more judicial clerkships. The firm values the experience of clerkships and gives credit for clerkships for compensation and seniority purposes. We also pay a competitive bonus to incoming clerks.
