BZ Monorail Tour Guide -- - Responsibilities include providing excellent service to guests, including general knowledge of park attractions and amenities, answering questions and finding ways to create a great guest experience. - Provide educational and enthusiastic narrations to large groups of guests while driving the Monorail. - Maintaining order among guests who are waiting to enter and exit the ride. - Salary is $17.00/hr. - Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license, strong communication and customer service skills, experience working in customer service, must be 18+, ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment. - Background in theater, education, biology or zoology preferred but not required.

Schedule: Must be able to work 2-5 days per week including weekends and holidays. Schedule varies and is dependent on weather and guest attendance; schedule subject to change through the spring and summer. Occasional after-hours events. Hours: 9:00 am-5:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 am-5:30pm on weekends, dependent on weather and guest attendance; schedule subject to change through the spring and summer.

Seasonal position with an immediate start date and expected end date of October 31, 2024. Many of our seasonal employees are offered an opportunity for promotion to permanent positions, or to return as seasonal employees for the following season.
