Legends Hospitality Customer Service Specialist in Bronx, New York
Description
Responsibilities:
Assist Customer Service Manager with employee interactions including customer service games, newsletters, mandatory early morning breakfasts throughout the season, handing out prizes, and numerous other customer service-related activities.
Assist with identifying problematic issues and concerns & help resolve them.
Maximize both employee and customer satisfaction.
Assist with check-in/check-out procedure as necessary.
Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of interpersonal skills
Attentiveness & Patience
Ability to find the positive in any situation
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
Dependable and Punctual Individual
Highly motivated with a pleasant and upbeat attitude.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team setting in addition to working independently.
Excellent oral and written communication and strong attention to detail.
Must be flexible to work all Yankee Stadium events including mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work fluently in English and bi-lingual skills are a plus.
Ability to walk around for 7 to 8 hours and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.
