Customer Service Supervisor

The Role

The Customer Service Supervisor will report directly to the Customer Service Manager while working closely with the other Customer Service Representatives, Concessions, Merchandise and Premium Services department managers. The Customer Service Supervisor is expected to be energetic, outgoing, & a friendly professional that can remain calm under pressure and promote positive guest relations to maintain total guest satisfaction throughout the Stadium.

Please note, this is a temporary/seasonal position.


  • Assist Customer Service Manager with employee interactions including customer service games, mandatory early morning breakfasts throughout the season, handing out prizes and numerous other customer service related activities.

  • Survey on-site guests during events to receive real-time experience feedback.

  • Secret shop associates in various departments during events.

  • Assist manager with data entry and newsletter creation

  • Assist with identifying problematic issues and concerns & help resolve.

  • Maximize both employee and customer satisfaction.

  • Assist with check-in/check-out procedure as necessary.

  • Excellent talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner

  • Ability to build positive relationships with a high level of interpersonal skills


  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.

  • Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management.

  • Dependable and Punctual Individual

  • Highly motivated with a pleasant and upbeat attitude.

  • Ability to multi task in a fast-paced team setting in addition to working independently.

  • Excellent oral and written communication and strong attention to detail.

  • Must be flexible to work all Yankee Stadium events including mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.

  • Must be able to work fluently in English and bi-lingual skill are a plus.

  • Ability to walk around for 7 to 8 hours and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Practice safe work habits follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.


  • Sports Hospitality/General Hospitality experience in a fast paced setting

  • Strong administrative/data entry skill set
