AHRC New York City Schools are seeking a Special Education Teacher for their state approved private special education school, Howard Haber Early Learning Center, serving students with disabilities located in Parkchester, Bronx. AHRC New York City Preschool Programs: AHRC New York City’s Preschool Programs are designed specifically for students’ age 3-5 that are diagnosed as a preschooler with a disability and or autism.
- Howard Haber Early Learning Center-Parkchester, Bronx, NY
Our Preschool Special Education Teachers will develop an Individualized Education Plan for each student, assess the students' needs and capabilities, and prepare a daily schedule/lesson plan for each student that reflects the IEP. Teachers will also be responsible for supervising classroom teaching assistants and 1:1 aides.
Bachelors or Masters in Special Education or Early Childhood Education and Certification in Students with Disabilities Birth to 2nd Grade required.
Salary range $55,125.00-$63,000.00
