Don't be shy, we know you're out there! Pratt Institute’s Office of Enrollment Marketing is seeking an Assistant Director of Lifecycle Marketing to take our nurture campaigns to new heights. You'll be the brains behind the operation, developing killer strategies and executing them flawlessly, all while keeping a sharp eye on the details. While email marketing is your bread and butter, you'll also have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles by identifying other touchpoints that will make our campaign shine (think print, events, and more). Enrollment Marketing is a new division within Enrollment Management. Our job is to make sure the student journey from “I’m interested” to “I’m in” is a smooth one. We mix the magic of storytelling with data to create meaningful connections and moments that help prospective students find their path to higher education.

On a typical day you will:
Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies for prospective students, from inquiry to enrollment
Lead email channel from end-to-end, including design, segmentation, execution, and testing email campaigns for prospective audience - with an eye for communications strategies that add value
Identify opportunities for integrated marketing efforts, such as companion print publications to email strategy, potential virtual and in person experiences, and other touchpoints that will deepen engagement
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness of messaging across all channels and touchpoints, including email, social media, website, events, and more
Conduct research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and measure effectiveness of campaigns
Segment and personalize messaging based on audience characteristics and behaviors, such as demographics, interests, and engagement
Monitor and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes to ensure optimal conversion rates
Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000 + Generous Benefits:
