As part of the Growth Team, the Creative Performance Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting Prose’s growth and success.
Deeply analyze creative tests and develop insights to inform the test strategy for the target audience across all paid channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with performance marketing, creative, and brand
Ownership of all performance-driven creative projects, ensuring creative teams are properly briefed on learnings and have clear direction on how to iterate and execute
Day-to-day creative project management and timeline setting
Own creative test and learn agenda, documenting planned tests, hypotheses, and results
Partner with marketing team to develop creative roadmaps, informed by consumer insights and testing
Build and iterate on creative to improve ad effectiveness and find scalable wins
Key Candidate Requirements
You have 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing and/or ad insights analytics/measurement.
You are seasoned in A/B testing, have a strong understanding of performance marketing principles, delivery, systems and data across multiple paid media channels and understand the unique considerations for each platform when it comes to creative development and interpreting test results.
You are data-driven with a strong analytical background. You are comfortable defining the right creative metrics to measure success, and using the data (leveraging both big and small data approaches) to build the right test strategies to outperform the efficiency curve on both brand and performance.
You have a proven track record developing ad playbooks for your target markets, and can think both strategically and creatively, quantitatively and qualitatively.
You communicate clearly and effectively across teams and levels and are comfortable maintaining cross-functional relationships with brand, growth, and creative functions.
You are comfortable translating quantitative insights into actionable recommendations for the creative team.
