The U.S. Wealth Management business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial and Retirement goals and comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Securities and Self-Directed Investing - our digital investing platform. The Digital and Client Solutions Retirement Experience team, reporting to the U.S. Wealth Management CEO, develops industry-leading solutions that enable wealth management clients to live their lives with financial confidence through connected experience, education and wellness, saving for Retirement, and cash flow solutions post Retirement designed and crafted to target relevant life stages. The team is charged with creating a fully integrated, elegant and seamless end-to-end experience for clients across the Aspiring Affluent, Established, and High Net Worth client segments. We build the strategic vision and lead the development of product and solutions, including online brokerage and advice, digital solutions, lending and retirement products and best-in-class experiences for all clients. Our strategy is to create solutions that deepen client engagement, increase scale and profitability, attract new clients and drive productivity.

Position Overview:

The Retirement Management and Solutions Team, within the broader Retirement Experience, is seeking an experienced and highly effective Associate to develop, execute, and support initiatives relating to the Retirement Planning product vision, strategy and roadmap and servicing our existing Retirement business. The candidate will learn to collaborate with key stakeholders to develop requirements and success metrics for innovative Retirement Planning products and provide support in the development of new features from concept to growth through the entire product life cycle. In this role, the candidate will support those driving the realization of a product that transforms the Retirement Planning experience for both clients and advisors. This candidate will also assist with tasks needed to "run the business" and "keep the lights on" such as seasonal programs, regulatory annual programs, such as RMD, legislative monitoring for passage, impact and implementation. Also help coordinate engagement across the multiple lines of business and shepherd relationships with partners. Candidate will assume the Product role within an existing project meant to align IRA Agreements and a host of client facing forms with correct and current Retirement language keeping forms, to the extent possible, LOB agnostic.

The ideal candidate would be a Retirement SME with technical knowledge of IRA accounts and has experience in Product Management, including multi- tasking skills. The candidate should also have experience in building strategic relationships with core stakeholders, and has a strong passion for Retirement as a whole, digital, wealth management, product development, and emerging technology solutions, as well as able to identify and support Advisor facing and non-digital needs.


• Be a culture carrier in a new line of business and growing team. Building a best-in-class brand for the team with internal and external partner

Work closely with partners in our line of business coverage to identify, focus and create solutions for their needs. Communicate often and share relevant and useful collateral to streamline processes, forms and communications

• Support in driving the day-to-day, dealing with special projects and existing business focusing on seasonal needs, such as contribution planning and messaging, RMD annual campaigns and results, regulatory changes and compliance, alignment of all Retirement related customer facing forms spanning across each line of business.

Assist on strategic rollover capture programs where needed, such as Retirement Link and DST. Collaborate with broader team members where projects overlap or have synergies. Identify and help prioritize new projects that serve our clients and Advisors.

• Develop management summary materials and presentations that highlight progress, key risks, and overall program timelines

• Assist in the development of workflows, detailed business requirements, use cases and other materials as needed to support design, development and infrastructure

• Draft, as needed, stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met, set and manage expectations through effective written and oral communication

• Track and manage business case metrics and financial planning models ensuring that product delivery stays on track and on budget

• Help prepare for forums, materials and presenting, seeking necessary approvals on new or expanding initiatives

Learn to help review collateral ( marketing, advisor facing, WMA , Chase Answers) as a SME for internal approvals (legal and compliance) as well as system approvals

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Digital, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field

• 5 +years of experience in financial services, preferably with 5 + experience in Retirement accounts (IRAs) along with product management, product development, wealth management, financial planning, online investing, or a closely related busines

Experience in working through multiple initiatives, prioritizing tasks, addressing issues, meeting deadlines, mitigating risks

Experience in supporting a broad, diverse Advisor base, keen to their needs and engagement with creating and developing solutions

Experience in playing a strong support role in managing product delivery across multiple work streams with varying timelines, priorities and complexities, ultimately launching new / enhanced product to market

• Experience in helping to define and build out a product roadmap, prioritizing projects according to business need and producing business models

• Ability to work on multiple, fast-paced projects under tight timelines and fluid priorities

• Exceptional communication skill and attention to details; must be a team player and be able to collaborate effectively across all levels and teams

• Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view and drive decision making to ensure milestones are met

• Experience with project management; attention to detail and accuracy required
