Pratt Program & Operations Coordinator for PreCollege & Youth Program (71101) in Brooklyn, New York
If you are interested in serving as the full time Program and Operations Coordinator for PreCollege and Youth Program to support our summer high school resident program and other adult credit programs throughout the academic year, we want to hear from you! On a typical day you will:
Assist with all student and parent inquiries including basic advisement.
Assist with the student registration process and other challenges as related to onboarding new students.
Provide support for instructors before, during, and after the start of their courses.
Work in our registration systems and other technological tools that support student courses and events.
Run reports and provide data points to program directors as needed.
Work closely with both the programming team and the operations team to ensure smooth operation of programs and support implementation of policies and practices.
Collaborate with other Pratt departments to support efficient delivery of programs and events.
This position is full time, 35 hours per week mostly hybrid with a mix of remote and on-site on the Brooklyn campus and on the Pratt Manhattan campus building. The summer PreCollege program requires in-person work for 6-8 weeks each summer.
The Salary Range is $54,500 - $67,500 + Generous Benefits including:
