About the Role

Our Management Interns are a part of a team that’s obsessed with our customers, team members, and operational excellence. We’ll provide ongoing learning opportunities from day one with hands-on training in each area of our customer service department.

Some of the areas that you’ll receive experiential learning from include:

  • The inner-workings of a triple bottom line company

  • Team motivation

  • Leadership

  • Budgeting and staffing

  • Producing and analyzing key business reports

  • Interviewing and hiring

  • Training and development


  • Act as a customer advocate; escalate problems to the right people and help us perform root-cause analysis to ensure that problems are not repeated

  • Analyzing and utilizing metrics for performance management

  • Lead and develop a small team of seasonal team members

  • Collaborating with operations departments on special projects, as assigned

  • Assist with screening, hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision of our seasonal team (200+ team members)

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 90 credits towards a Bachelor’s degree, or your degree has already been earned. Strong preference for business students and graduates.

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Available to work 24-40 hours a week, including weekends

  • This paid internship runs from September 10 through December 21

  • Must have availability until 9 PM every weekday and minimum 1 day on weekends
