About the Role

As anInbound Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible forprocessing returns, handling purchase order exceptions, and following up on quality problems. This is a cross-functional role that requires the candidate to work with multiple teams and departments as well as to handle a variety of different tasks daily within a warehouse environment. This is a role that will be half at a desk and half hands-on. This is a seasonal position that will run until December 2020. During this period your performance will be assessed for a year-round position on our team.

About You

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and have proven ability to multitask

  • You can take and execute direction from multiple people

  • You can think logically and analytically to solve problems. You know when to escalate issues

  • You are responsible – you consistently attend shifts on time, every day scheduled

Essential Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming merchandise and recording errors

  • Maintain accurate correspondence and records of communications

  • Handle the upkeep ofExceptions/Returns area

  • Work collaboratively with Purchasing/Merchandising Departments on discrepancies

  • Process warehousereturns and follow up on exception tickets

  • Prepare the shipment of material being returned to vendor partners including the creation of shipping labels


  • Previous warehouse experience and experience processing or managing Purchase Orders and/or invoices preferred

  • Strong computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Office
