As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will support Uncommon Goods by exceeding productivity goals, and ensuring accuracy and quality of customer orders. You will perform a variety of duties in our fulfillment center ranging from receiving inventory to shipping customer orders. This is a seasonal role with an hourly rate of $18.00, plus an extra $2.00/hour bonus of Thank You pay.


You hustle and thrive in fast-paced environments. You have experience picking, packing, and shipping in a warehouse. You are focused on customer experience, quality, safety, and productivity. You have high standards and it shows in your work. You are a team player that makes the people around you better.

  • Accurately select products for customer orders, focusing on condition and quantity

  • Carefully and efficiently pack products for direct delivery to customers

  • Achieve set standards for productivity and accuracy

  • Ensure that work area is always left clean

  • Adhere to company safety standards and protocol

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Open availability is PREFERRED


  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs

  • Must be comfortable standing for 7+ hours

YouMUSTbe available for one or more of the following shifts:

  • 7 AM to 3 PM (A-shift)

  • 3 PM to 11 PM (B-Shift)

  • 8 AM to 7PM (Mid-Shift)

  • 12AM to 8AM (Overnight)
