ABOUT THE ROLE

The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, is comfortable performing complex analysis and translating data into actionable insights that inform strategy and design. You are a whiz at creating engaging visualizations and dashboards that tell a concise story. You are a collaborative team player looking to advance our analytics capabilities and develop new products, tools, and services.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Collect, synthesize and analyze large, complex datasets and identify meaningful patterns that lead to actionable recommendations

Format and transfer data to render it appropriate for analysis

Perform thorough testing and validation of models, and support various aspects of the business with data analytics

Perform statistical modeling, build predictive models and leverage machine learning algorithms

Develop clear, compelling analysis and data visualization, including figures, reports and presentations

Develop decision-support tools and products, including dashboards and interactive visualizations

Create reports and presentations and build customized dashboards for internal use and client deliverables

Create new tools and frameworks to collect data, and seek opportunities to improve data analysis and visualization

Other duties as required

Travel as required by project/client needs

ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics

Preferably at least a year of professional work experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Data Analysis

Quantitative strengths in the creation of detailed analytical models using Excel and various tool is a must

Proficiency in PowerPoint and wizardry in visualization of data using Tableau or similar tools is a must

Experience using Salesforce, R, SQL and Python required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

Candidate must have the ability to work independently and to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive environment

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.
