ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary:
The OTG Paid Summer Internship allows students to have an immersive, hands-on learning experience within OTG Management at our Buffalo Office. The Intern will be assigned to the IT team, supporting the department by working on (but not limited to) special projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide Help Desk Support
Organize and maintain IT resources
Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
Qualifications and Requirements:
0-3 years of relevant work experience
Enrolled in an Associate or Bachelor’s Program in an accredited College or University, pursuing a degree in Computer Science or other related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task
High levels of initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to take constructive feedback
Successful in both an independent and team-oriented work environment
Strong work ethic and integrity, with high energy and a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience /knowledge working in a position with high confidentiality
Experience working within a cross-functional team
Pay rate: $20 per hour.
