Pay and Benefit:

  • Pay starts at $21.65 and increases at 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, and 24 months!

  • Paid time off with paid holiday break at year end

  • Full-time benefits start the 1st of your month following start date.

We are looking for someone who is self motivated that can work independently as well as with others within a team cell. In this role you will work with other departments and will need to be able to communicate effectively and professionally to regarding daily workload and turn around times to meet all requirements regarding safety, process, and quality and deliver on time.

Job Duties:

  • Basic programming, setup and operation of CNC Mill.

  • Manual operation of lathes and Bridgeport mill.

  • Work cell operations include threading, boring, milling, drilling, and custom part modifications.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, sales orders, and sketches of standard and modified parts.

  • Obtain and maintain Operation Inspection Certification for work cell operations (product verification).
