Description
Allpro Parking is seeking a full-time Maintenance worker to assist us with our property maintenance. Experience with landscaping equipment, painting, carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and operating snow removal equipment is required. When on duty this employee is required to drive a company vehicle and assist at Allpro's various locations as needed. This employee will work in ALL weather conditions and MUST be available for overtime. The hours for this position vary based on company needs. The primary shift is 5 am-1:30 pm.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for general maintenance, appearance, upkeep, and condition of lots, facilities, grounds, and equipment. For example, shoveling, snow blowing, lawn mowing, raking, sweeping, etc.
Participates in lot and facilities maintenance and repairs. Operates equipment, as needed.
Drive company truck while on duty.
Participates in snow removal and de-icing as required. (winter)
Maintenance materials, equipment, and supplies are kept in proper working order.
Inspect and clean up any debris and perform other maintenance duties of lots and facilities.
Be available to work weekends and evenings as required.
Maintain safe and clean signage.
Seasonal duties may include grass cutting, raking, snow removal, etc.
Works under the general supervision of the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
Must possess a valid NYS driver license and a clean driving record.
Perform special projects as required.
At least 1-2 years of maintenance experience is required.
Possess organizational skills.
Follow all rules and general guidelines as learned in training.
Must conform to Allpro’s uniform dress requirements.
