Cannon Design Program Design & Contracts Manager - Remote in Buffalo, New York
The Opportunity:
At FOS, it's all about the people. With exceedingly low turnover rates, we're constantly growing, and that's where this new opportunity comes in - for a Program Designer & Contract Manager to support our Simplebid(R) team. This role can be done in any state in the US.
You are an experienced professional with a minimum of 10 years of program management, a passion for creating exceptional client experiences and ensuring rigorous contract compliance. You are a highly organized and motivated individual. You will be the driving force behind establishing a seamless client onboarding process that inspires trust in Simplebid. Your attention to detail and compliance expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that all contracts align with National, State, and local laws. Moreover, your ability to facilitate a smooth transition to our Operations team and maintain a well-structured calendar will play a critical role in achieving ongoing client success. You will be a valued member of the Simplebid senior management team, adding valuable insight and opinions in the future growth and success of Simplebid.
Key Responsibilities:
Crafting an Exceptional Onboarding Experience: Your primary responsibility is to develop and continually refine the client onboarding experience. Your goal is to make this process not just efficient but replicable, building trust and confidence in the services Simplebid provides.
Standardizing Communication: You will work to establish and maintain consistent communication with our various in-house teams. Ensuring alignment and collaboration among teams is crucial to delivering a seamless onboarding experience.
Ensuring Contract Compliance: Collaborating closely with our legal department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts adhere to National, State, and local laws. Your diligence in this area is essential to protect the interests of both our clients and Simplebid.
Efficient Handoff to Operations: Facilitating a smooth transition for clients to our Operations team is vital for ongoing success. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients continue to experience the same high level of service and satisfaction.
Calendar Management: To stay ahead of client needs and ensure we are well-prepared for bidding on new contracts, you will maintain a comprehensive calendar. This proactive approach is critical in delivering outstanding service.
Global Calendar Creation: A key task is the creation of a global calendar that incorporates each client's unique bidding cycles and tracks contract renewal dates. This forward-looking approach will help Simplebid to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 10 + years of experience in strong organizational and project management skills.
- Job Order Contracting experience preferred.
- Kaizen approach to continuous improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge of contract compliance and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.
- A track record of creating outstanding client experiences.
- The ability to align and coordinate diverse teams to work cohesively.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
Software and Other Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Project).
- Experience with Deltek, Dropbox, and Salesforce.
