Willis Towers Watson Training Administration Analyst in Buffalo, New York

The Role

The Training Administration Analyst is responsible for the coordination of learning programs and training logistics for Willis Towers Watson Benefits Outsourcing Service Centers as well as the tracking of metrics and feedback for all trainings. This is a regular full time position within the Benefits Outsourcing Learning and Development Department and open to any location. Candidates will need flexibility in their daily scheduling and may be required to adjust their schedule to accommodate

Eastern, Central, or Pacific time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administration and organization processes for onboarding and ongoing training needs

  • Oversee logistics for training scheduling, materials, and virtual classroom support during onboarding season.

  • Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets).

  • Partner with Operations teams to identify and document training logistics needs and administration gaps and evaluate existing training administration functions.

  • Disseminate training procedural material (e.g. equipment how-to guides, room setup instructions, feedback forms) as needed.

  • Submit thorough reports on training activities and results.

  • Assist the Training Administration Supervisor with tracking progress of training team projects

  • Analyze training session feedback from learner surveys, focus groups and/or stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve program effectiveness.

  • Work cooperatively with Operations, HR and Trainers sharing best practices and establishing a solid training procedural flow across all learning centers.

  • Work cooperatively with Workforce Management to keep and share accurate data related to onboarding class size and attrition.

  • Support all Operation center associates by fielding questions and issues related to the training procedures and processes.

  • Partner with Learning Technologies team to support LMS and related internal applications; completing administrative tasks related to classroom and content management or user support, and identifying opportunities for system or process enhancements, recommending solutions to improve processes and/or user experience.

  • Other duties as assigned.

The Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with multiple stakeholders

  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects to completion in a timely and accurate manner and to prioritize, schedule, and meet deadlines a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Word and Excel and intermediate skills in PowerPoint

  • Microsoft One Note experience a plus

  • Experience developing learner-centered instructional materials and job aids for classroom, self-study, and computer-based delivery a plus

  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influence skills. Ability to write and speak effectively to a variety of audiences, and to convey messages with clarity and brevity

  • Strong editing and proofreading skills

  • Ability to work well both independently and with others in fast paced, dynamic environment

  • Previous training onboarding support within Benefits Outsourcing or previous employment

  • Previous administration and/or project management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus

  • Minimum of 2 years working in a service center environment
