Scott's Pointe Bar Manager in Calverton, New York

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee all bar operations, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. You will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, managing inventory, developing cocktail menus, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all bar operations, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. Train and mentor bar staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and professionalism. Manage inventory of all bar supplies and alcohol, making orders as needed to prevent stockouts. Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of orders. Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus, considering customer preferences and seasonal trends. Monitor sales and expenses to manage budget effectively. Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to develop promotional events and specials. Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor laws and regulations, as well as company policies. Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and high performance. About You:

Several years of experience as a Bar Manager at a high-volume hospitality & events venue. Experience managing staff of 3 or more - interviewing, hiring, training, and mentoring. Be willing to complete a One-way Interview as part of our screening process. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
