Splish Splash - HR/Payroll Assistant Human Resources/Payroll Assistant (18+) HR Assistants are seasonal team members responsible for helping with all things HR-related including processing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, keeping track of uniform inventory, maintaining personnel files, and answering HR and Payroll questions from Team Members and Managers. They will also occasionally help answer phones and provide helpful, accurate information to our callers. The key to a great HR Assistant is someone who can multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Applicant tracking and processing new hire paperwork Handing out uniforms and keeping track of inventory Conducting orientation and ensuring the team members have everything they need for their first day of work Filing paperwork and various other duties as assigned Additional Duties and Responsibilities: Working required hours scheduled while following all labor laws Complying with and enforcing all Splish Splash and HR policies Communicating appropriate department, park or team-related concerns to the Leadership Team Following Supervisors' and Managers' directions Skills and Qualifications: The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Must be at least 18 years of age The ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language Must possess good interpersonal skills Must be familiar with Excel and possess basic computer literacy skills
