Join Our Team as a Receptionist at a Leading RV Dealer & Service Facility!

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist to join our small but dynamic RV dealership and service facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a knack for multitasking. Our busiest months are from May through October, and we need someone who can efficiently handle a variety of tasks during this peak season. This is a long-term temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent.

About the Role:

As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking customers in and out, processing payments, handling counter sales, providing basic estimates, and responding to emails and text messages.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as necessary

Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar

Check customers in and out efficiently and courteously

Collect payments and handle counter sales transactions

Provide basic estimates for services

Respond promptly to email and text message inquiries

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to multitask and handle a busy environment

Comfortable with the pay rate of $19 - $ 19.50/hr

No educational requirements

Pay Details: $19.00 to $19.50 per hour
